Your signed-in workspace
Your signed-in account is the primary home for your workspace. Tasks, views, conversations, memory, preferences, plans, and completion history sync through your account so they are available across supported devices.
The web app also keeps a working copy in the browser for responsive editing and short connection interruptions. Account sync remains the durable source for signed-in work.
When you use the Secretary
To respond, the Secretary sends your message and the parts of your task list, conversation, and memory needed for that request to OpenAI. A photo is sent only when you choose to attach it so the Secretary can turn it into tasks.
Only use the Secretary with information you are comfortable sending for AI processing.
If you continue without signing in
You can try the workspace before creating an account. Until you sign in, that work is stored only in the browser you are using and can be lost if its site data is cleared, its storage limit is reached, or you move to another browser or device.
Sign in before relying on the workspace for ongoing work.
Export and recovery
Use Settings → Data to export a workspace backup. The portable export gives you a separate recovery copy of your tasks, conversations, memory, preferences, and planning data.
Analytics
Aiken Dewit uses privacy-safe Vercel Web Analytics to measure anonymous page visits and a limited set of workflow milestones, such as creating or completing a task. Analytics URLs exclude query strings and fragments.
Task titles, notes, conversations, memory, email addresses, account identifiers, and imported content are not sent to analytics.
