Aiken Dewit provides a task list and an optional AI Secretary for capturing, reviewing, and planning work. Features may change as the product develops.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you enter, the tasks and reminders you approve, maintaining appropriate workspace backups, and complying with applicable law. Do not use the service to harm others or interfere with its operation.
Secretary suggestions
Secretary suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect. Review proposed tasks, dates, plans, reminders, and other suggestions before relying on them. Aiken Dewit does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Availability and data loss
The service may be unavailable or changed without notice. Signed-out browser work can be lost if site data is cleared, becomes inaccessible, or reaches a storage limit. Account sync and workspace exports reduce risk but do not replace your responsibility to keep an appropriate backup of important work.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your authentication method secure. Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, access another person’s data, abuse email delivery, or use automated methods to overload or disrupt the service.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product changes. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their stated date.
